Hi! I'm Nathaniel.
I'm going to show you how to create a "Projects Board" so you can quickly organize and efficiently access the boards in your projects.
First, let's create a new board and title it "My Projects" and pin it to the top of our boards list.
To pin a board to the top of the boards list, just click the "More" button in the Boards panel next to the board you want to pin and select the "Pin to top" menu item.
To "Unpin" it, select "Unpin" from the same menu.
OK. Let's say we've been working on a bunch of different boards and they all really belong in the same project.
Here's how we're going to organize them...
Create a title block for the project.
I'll name my project, "Writing Activities".
Then I'll look for the boards my team has already created in the Boards panel. In this case, I can filter for them because they have the word "Activities" in their title.
I'm going to select them all and drag and drop them onto my project title block.
I'll quickly put them in the order I want them compiled.
Now I don't have to search all over the place for the boards in this project. I know they'll be right here in the order I need them to be.
Let's test the board links to see them work.
When they're opened up in the Space I can move them around like this.
You can add more projects here and keep track of them all from one board now.
